My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were familiar to me as they resembled most of the recent HGIs I've visited. They were very hot at 83 degrees until late at night when the noise from other guests finally subsided, but then it was nice and quiet. The service was exceptional, with the staff being generous and gracious, offering me an early check-in and late checkout. The location was convenient for exploring Cedar Falls and the surrounding areas, with modern, well-lit surroundings. The dining experience, however, was a letdown compared to the rest of the stay.

The hotel rooms were quite spacious with two rooms, felt soundproof, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The service was wonderful at suggesting places to eat and things to check out, helpful and friendly. The location is new, absolutely gorgeous, perfect for a college visit, and convenient. The dining experience was worth the money, nice, hot, and delicious. Overall, a great place to stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were very convenient, clean, and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The walk-in shower was a huge plus, and the room felt sound-proof. However, one downside was the lack of nearby restaurants.
